Good burgers

The food is amazing, an amazing place to stop and put your feet up. The waitress is very nice and has many stories to tell so if you need help ask her, she has been a local for many years and can recommend some amazing spots. The place is very spotty as to when it is filled or completely empty. They have spacey rooms to rent, and have regular bon fires. Wildlife occasionally show up to scare you and say hi.

Delicious melt in your mouth breaded halibut. The most tasty crabcakes. Homemade chips and fries. All prepared to order. Nice hometown atmosphere. Beautiful views!

Excellent food with a stunning view and great service

Courtney and I had our marriage August the 10th at the Indian house.what a great group. Food was catered from Indian House kitchen.yummy yummy. Set up of dining room was above our expectations.I will post pictures when received from the photographer.If you haven't been to the Indian house--- check it out, you will be happythat you did. joseph

Don't let the outside appearance scare you away. Neat atmosphere and awesome food

Great setting but kind of a tourist trap (although there were locals/regulars there too). They didn't have the chili I wanted because they ran out the night before. The food we did get was pretty greasy and subpar, and I'm pretty sure my hotdog fell apart before I even picked it up. Still, the waitress was nice and it's an easy stop when driving down the Kenai. Great views from the window and cool decor.

Awesome food. I loved the halibut. It was very fresh. We got the tempura halibut chunks and it was lightly breaded/fried. It wasn’t greasy. The seafood chowder was to die for. The atmosphere was a cozy home like vibe. The staff was very nice and outgoing. The beers were really good. We got the raspberry wheat and their new Talkeetna cider which I forgot the name. The chili was also tasty.

Warm and welcoming staff, awesome and authentic motif, incredible food! I highly recommend the halibut but don’t think you can go wrong regardless
